Ping Pong II

David's ward had a Game Room Night last week Friday. It was a lot of fun! We played Ping Pong and Aaron was sitting on the chairs so patiently that after our games, we let him in on the fun!
Aaron figured out how to serve the ball and he totally hit it too!
I just didn't catch it on the video!
This is one of his first attempts.

Trying it out with two paddles!

He did so much better but then my camera died!
He wanted to play Ping Pong all night and would go up real close to the table to watch the students play and would get mad if we tried to pull him away to do something else!

Different set of wheels

We were in our neighbor's garage for a Young Women activity and Aaron found this little car and headed straight for it. He had a lot of fun turning the steering wheel, honking the horn and (for some odd reason) talking to the side mirror.

He was actually just sitting there since he was kinda stuck in that spot. But once he could get out and drive around, he didn't do so hot going forward but going in reverse, he was the man!
(not like his momma who can't reverse without someone helping!)

Chair Lounge

Apparently there is more than one way to use a Bumbo chair.
I found him watching TV like this. Laid right across it.
I guess it was comfortable since he was sucking his thumb (even though he knows he's not supposed to!).

Position #2

We're expecting a baby...

...Girl!
We found out a couple weeks ago that we're going to have a little girl! Aaron's going to have a little sister! (insert pictures here...after I scan them...)
My due date is pretty much right on track, Dec 8 or 9.
No Christmas baby here.
Although I guess I could handle the baby being a week or so late. That way I won't have to find a substitute for the last week of school before Christmas break. It's only 2 weeks this year so I might have to find a sub to start off the new semester...better get my lesson plans all ready and planned!!

SeeYo = Cereal

Aaron loves cereal. When he was sick, the only thing he would agree to or ask to eat was cereal.

I just thought he was so cute in his little Bumbo Chair eating his cereal and of course, he didn't mind giving his cheesy little smile. LOVE IT!
That chair really needs to get replaced and yes, he still fits!!

Happy Birthday David!

It was this guy's birthday yesterday and he turned the big 2-6!
I love him because he is so patient...with me!
(thought I was going to say Aaron huh!?)
He is a great husband, father, 2nd counselor in BYUH 7th Ward, uncle, brother, son, and grandson. PLUS a great FRIEND to EVERYONE he meets! He has a great sense of humor and loves to have fun!
He plays basketball three nights a week and is feared by all that play against him! (wouldn't you be?!)
Aaron asks for him every night he's gone playing basketball. He loves hanging out with him and so do I!
Hope you had a great birthday yesterday!

Cars

I got Aaron hooked on the movie Cars. I wanted him to watch something in the back on our bed for some reason and now he asks to watch "Cars, Vroom Vroom!". He likes to hold the box sometimes. He'll just lay there and then walk off, then come back, then walk off to see what we're doing, then go back to watch it.
It's also really helpful when I need him to stay still so I can put his cream on his face.
This picture has really bad lighting but it's with my cell phone, what can you do?

Poser

Aaron and I were outside the other day playing with his bubbles and bike and I started taking pictures of him. He is so funny!
I didn't know what a poser he was!
When he saw me get my cell phone out, he stopped what he was doing and put one arm behind his back and said, "SMILE!". The next pose was acting like he was blowing bubbles with his wand. He makes me laugh all the time! He would blow his bubbles and then chase after them and come back all proud and say "I got EET!".

After putting his bubbles away (b/c I was tired of getting the solution all over me), I asked him if he wanted to ride his bike ( I was going to attempt to go around the block but then decided against it) and we just rode his bike from the back of the house to the front.
In the first picture, he decided to take a break and sit down against the wall and proceeded to tell me to "SEET dOWHn".
As we were riding to the back of the house, I took out my cell phone to take more pictures and he decided to put his arms in his armpits and smile, then put one hand in the pits and the last picture, he put his head down on the bike....What a ham!
I really don't know where he came up with these poses!

There were a bunch of pictures and decided to make collages so you can see ALL of them instead of having to pick a couple. They are all so cute!

Tech Savvy

This little guy loves to play with electronics.
Whenever he sees us start to play with the DS (I got for my birthday) or David's iTouch (that he got for Father's Day), he runs over and asks to play with it. He'll keep asking and climb all over us until we let him or after we make him wait! Haha!! ;P

He knows exactly what game he wants to play on the DS and the iTouch. When he gets on the iTouch, he knows where all the games are that he wants to play and goes right to them. Scrolls through all the apps until he sees what he wants and knows how to start playing the game too.

He amazes me with how much he knows and says.

Goggles

Aaron found these goggles at his grandparents house and proceeded to put them on his head and dance around. He thought he was the coolest thing ever!
